Queen Creek senior Alexis Jones won the Division 2 girls shot put title with a 45-6 effort, in addition to placing second in the discus throw at 121-4 and fourth in the javelin with a throw of 105-1 at the Arizona Interscholastic Association State Championships at Mesa Community College.
