Highland junior Leo Daschbach won the Division 1 boys 3,200 meters in 9:06.41 after anchoring the state-record 4x800 relay at the Arizona AIA Outdoor State Championships at Mesa Community College. Daschbach split 1:50.3 on the anchor to help Highland clock 7:42.16, the second-fastest time in the country this season.
