Madison Martinez, a senior at Salpointe Catholic High, won the Division 3 girls long jump title with a wind-legal leap of 17-9 (5.41m) at the Arizona Interscholastic Association state championship meet at Deer Valley High. Martinez, the reigning Division 3 triple jump winner, elevated from a third-place finish in last year's long jump final.
