Saguaro junior Kelee Ringo won the Division 3 boys titles in the 100-meter dash in a wind-legal 10.62 seconds, the 200 meters in a wind-legal 21.28 seconds and anchored the 4x100-meter relay to victory in 41.25 seconds at the Arizona AIA Outdoor State Championships at Mesa Community College.
