Maricopa senior Tylen Riley-Coleman won the Division 2 boys discus title with a fifth-round throw of 172-8 (52.62m), a personal-best effort by 22 feet at the Arizona AIA Outdoor State Championships at Mesa Community College. Riley-Coleman placed fourth in the shot put at 50-10.50 (15.50m) and finished 10th in the javelin with a throw of 149-7 (45.59m).
